Job Description

Provides a broad variety of administrative support services for our clients in conjunction with the Trust Administrators. Participates in the efficient administration of trust accounts for assigned client base where the bank is acting as trustee, agent or custodian. Provides high level customer service to clients and beneficiaries relating to these accounts. May collect and interpret data to produce reports; conduct or participate in special projects; and compose correspondence and other documentation as needed. Assists in the administration of accounts in a manner that ensures compliance with legal requirements and monitors risk within designated authority levels. Works proactively to identify potential problems, compliance issues, or fraud to maximize client satisfaction and encourage retention and expansion of client relationship.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Five or more years of client servicing experience or educational equivalent


Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Advanced knowledge of products, services and solutions applicable to target market segment

  • Extensive knowledge of and experience in personal trust administration, fiduciary regulations, and trust services

  • In-depth level of knowledge of fiduciary services and compliance/regulatory reporting

  • Thorough knowledge of operations area and responsibilities

  • Strong analytical skills with emphasis in investment analysis and instruments

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent client servicing skills

  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $27.50 - $36.68
