Main Ingredients of the Job! 

As a US FOODS® Driver Check-In Clerk, you will receive and verify that all driver-returned products and invoices are processed accurately with correct accounting codes for the division P&L. Our Driver Check-In Clerks pay rate starts at $21 an hour with additional incentive available based on experience.

• Verify returned product for accurate reason codes (mispicks, driver shorts, refusals) to insure account reports reflect accurate data.

• Verify returned product is within temperature guidelines to maintain product integrity.

• Main duty will be returning cases back to stock, RF Scanning and computer work, issuing Customer credits.

• Compile Xata and Kronos reports to verify accurate time and attendance reporting.

• Process driver collections for accuracy in collection of money.

Schedule: Sunday- Thursday 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM or FINISH

Pay rate: $21

What you bring to the table:

Education/Training

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Related Experience

• Familiarity with warehouse & delivery procedures preferred.

• Some Inventory Control /Finance experience background preferred.

• Motorized pallet jack experience preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally, strong math skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, basic computer skills.

• Must be able to resolve routine problems of limited scope.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent, sitting, standing and walking, occasional lift up to 90 pounds, job requires handling cases in low to the ground and high-level slots

• Must be able to operate a computer and perform filing.

• Be able to work in different Temperature areas ranging from -10 +95 degrees

• Work some holidays

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law.  The expected base rate for this role is between $20.00 and $26.86 per hour.

This role will also eligible for overtime.
