The starting pay rate is: $21 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 9:00am until 5:30pm

Main Ingredients of the Job:

  • To take in, break down, and place all inbound product on designated pallets in compliance with company procedures and standards. This ensures order selectors have the product safely stowed and organized for maximum efficiency for filling out all our outbound orders.
  • Ensure all pallets are built according to preferred methods and wrapped from the bottom of the pallet to the top cases on each pallet to avoid damage during transport. Notify a supervisor of any issues.
  • Ensure work is completed in a productive and timely manner.
  • Ensure work area is free of debris at all times.
  • Work in extreme temperatures of 100 + degrees and below freezing
  • Straighten pallets at night or put back on truck, get ready for loaders at night
  • Follow all safety work practices and maintain clean and orderly dock area.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • A minimum of one-year warehouse experience preferred.
  • Must be able to operate a pallet jack;
  • Good attention to detail; Ability to read batch labels; basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
  • Must be team oriented and able to get along with others

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law.  The expected base rate for this role is between $19 and $21.
