This full-time position leverages a standardized model for incidence consolidation to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). As a Payroll Analyst, you will handle payroll inputs, validations, system captures, and compliance checks, all while maintaining exceptional customer service and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will execute end-to-end payroll services with a focus on efficiency and compliance:

• Receive and validate payroll inputs to ensure all requirements are met before processing.
• Capture payroll information accurately in designated payroll systems like UKG.
• Verify operational controls by cross-referencing data sources against pay rules, policies, and regulations.
• Monitor incoming cases and releases to guarantee SLA compliance and timely delivery.
• Deliver superior customer service, manage escalations for daily issue resolution, and maintain continuous communication with local functional teams.
• Reconcile and document process deliverables to prepare for audits.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Desirable experience in UKG, payroll processing, accounting, or finance operations.

• Strong oral and written English communication skills.
