Qualifications & Requirements

• 8-10 years of significant experience in user enablement, training, change management, or related fields.
• Proven background in leading global enablement programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Familiarity with digital tools like ServiceNow, WalkMe, Learning Management Systems, Ariba, and SAP.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills for diverse global audiences.
• Expertise in defining KPIs, driving adoption, and strategic problem-solving.
• Experience managing global or virtual teams across time zones, with result-oriented execution.
• Ability to identify user pain points, adapt to changes, and champion stakeholder management.

A bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred, along with certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci) or project management (PMP).
