Role Overview

The Utilities Maintenance Engineer position at PepsiCo in Giza, Egypt, is a critical role ensuring the seamless operation of essential industrial utilities. You will maintain high-efficiency equipment including Waste Water Treatment systems, Boilers, Compressors, Chillers, AHUs, Power Houses, Transformers, and MDPs. Key Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance and Safety

Maintain all utilities equipment within required efficiency levels while strictly applying maintenance procedures to ensure people and equipment safety. Monitor and enhance performance through updated Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs.

Team Leadership and Training

Lead and support the maintenance team administratively and technically on a daily basis. Raise team skills via internal technical training and coach new members to foster a high-performing workforce.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

Achieve and analyze key maintenance performance indicators (KPIs), issue periodic reports, and follow up on weekly energy consumption to drive continuous improvement.

Systems Implementation and Cost Control

Implement AIBI (American Institute of Baking Industry Audit), TPM, EMS, ERP (Employee Risk Protection), and PEMM programs. Control maintenance expenses weekly, cooperate with purchasing on technical issues, and revise spare parts strategies annually.

Project and Contractor Management

Participate in project planning, follow up on contractors' performance ensuring quality and specifications compliance, and conduct annual reviews of equipment fixed assets registry.

Qualifications & Requirements
