• Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on downtimes, issuing work orders, and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to prevent recurrence.
• Developing Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and Latest Estimates (LE) for utilities costs, monitoring compliance, and executing maintenance plans with over 95% PM compliance.
• Maintaining housekeeping, safety standards, and legal licenses/permits, while supporting cross-functional quality and HSE initiatives.
• Overseeing maintenance and costs for the rest of the factory infrastructure.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team management capacity.
• Proven expertise in utilities management, maintenance planning, and KPI achievement in a manufacturing environment.
