Role Overview

The Utility Vehicles Facilitator position at PepsiCo in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, is pivotal for managing the national fleet of utility vehicles. This role ensures optimal allocation, control, usage, and policy compliance across operations. Supporting approximately 1,500 users and various internal teams, you'll oversee fuel platforms, inventories, compliance audits, and physical vehicle control at the Vallejo Plant fleet yard. You'll validate new units, develop specs for special vehicles, and provide actionable insights through data analysis. This full-time role demands analytical prowess, operational efficiency, and hands-on vehicle management in the dynamic food and beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you'll drive fleet excellence through diverse tasks:

• Analyze operational data from the national utility vehicles fleet and generate periodic reports, offering recommendations to support decision-making across involved areas.
• Manage the nationwide fuel platform, handling onboarding, offboarding, balance dispersion, tag controls, reconciliations, and audits to ensure efficient resource use.
• Oversee the assignment, control, and real-time updates to the national inventory of utility vehicles, maintaining precision per established guidelines.
• Deliver attentive support to users nationwide, resolving incidents and providing guidance on utility vehicle matters.
• Physically manage vehicles at the Vallejo Plant fleet yard, validating entries, exits, conditions, and new unit receptions.
• Perform regular usage audits, track findings, and implement corrective actions for policy and compliance adherence.
• Conduct physical inventories to guarantee record traceability and reliability.
• Define technical specifications for special and rescue units, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers for seamless implementation.

Qualifications & Requirements
