Account Executives at Vanta are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing. They identify high-potential business verticals, develop and execute outbound strategies, manage inbound demand, and contribute to the improvement of our sales process and playbook.
We are looking for candidates with 12+ months in a closing and quota-carrying role, experience in B2B SaaS (preferably in SMB with short deal cycles), fluency in German and English, strong communication skills, empathy for customers, technical competency, and stellar problem-solving skills.
The standard in-office days for this role are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
