About the Role

As an Account Manager on our Growth Stage team, you will play a crucial role in expanding and retaining our customer base. You'll be the primary point of contact for all post-sale commercial interactions, including mid-cycle upsells and renewals. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, understanding each customer’s business needs and aligning Vanta’s solutions with their goals to mature their compliance and security programs. Your ultimate goal is to achieve overall net revenue expansion, measured by Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
