As a Senior Software Engineer on the Identity team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the core identity and access management systems that underpin Vanta's security platform. You will work on challenging problems at the intersection of security, scalability, and user experience. Your primary focus will be on building composable and extensible systems for complex user data modeling, supporting Vanta's evolution toward policy-based authorization, and establishing clean interface contracts for identity services.

A Day in the Life

• Start the day by reviewing and responding to code reviews, providing feedback to other engineers on the team.
