Business Development Representative - Dublin, Ireland

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team in Dublin, Ireland. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in our outbound sales engine, helping us build pipeline and position Vanta as the best-in-class solution in a competitive market. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday.

A Day in the Life

Your day will involve a mix of strategic planning, prospecting, and communication. You'll be using tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify strategic accounts. You'll craft multi-channel outreach sequences, coordinate meetings for Account Executives, and diligently log all activities. You'll also be responsible for handling objections gracefully and representing Vanta professionally.
