As a Business Development Representative (BDR) with German fluency, you will play a crucial role in expanding Vanta's presence in the German-speaking market and beyond. You will be at the forefront of our outbound sales efforts, identifying and engaging with strategic accounts to generate qualified leads for our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to join Vanta's international operations and contribute to our continued growth and success.
Our BDRs will take ownership of our outbound sales engine and help to build pipeline as we move into several more areas of the security industry, build out our International operations, and distinguish Vanta as best-in-class to prospects in a burgeoning competitive landscape. Our first International hires will also be able to lay claim to ‘founding team’ status in the years ahead. As Vanta’s growth trajectory continues.
Vanta is growing quickly and we're continually outpacing our growth targets while maintaining very strong NPS scores. Needless to say, it's an exciting time! We're scaling our Business Development team with a customer-centric and commercially minded BDR who will take ownership of our outbound sales engine and help to build pipeline as we evolve our business, and push to disrupt and improve the security space.
