We're scaling our Channel Development team with a partner-centric and commercially minded Channel Development Representative who will take ownership of our frontline partner recruitment efforts in EMEA. As a Channel Development Representative (EMEA), you will assume responsibility for managing our partner acquisition process and assist in integrating new channel partners as we persistently expand and develop Vanta's partner network, positioning Vanta as a top-tier choice for potential partners in an increasingly competitive market. Channel Development Associates frequently provide the initial personalized interaction a prospective partner encounters with Vanta, concentrating on increasing Vanta's overall partner base as we aim to extend our partnerships into the thousands.

This role will be based in our London office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

A Channel Development Representative is responsible for recruiting new partners to Vanta's partner network and driving revenue through channel sales.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in a pipeline-generating Sales role, and be located in the London area.
This role is based in our London office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
