Channel Development Representative - EMEA

Role Overview

We're scaling our Channel Development team with a partner-centric and commercially minded Channel Development Representative who will take ownership of our frontline partner recruitment efforts in EMEA. As a Channel Development Representative (EMEA), you will assume responsibility for managing our partner acquisition process and assist in integrating new channel partners as we persistently expand and develop Vanta's partner network, positioning Vanta as a top-tier choice for potential partners in an increasingly competitive market. Channel Development Associates frequently provide the initial personalized interaction a prospective partner encounters with Vanta, concentrating on increasing Vanta's overall partner base as we aim to extend our partnerships into the thousands.

This role will be based in our London office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Day in the Life

As a Channel Development Representative, your day will be dynamic and focused on expanding Vanta's partner network. Here's a glimpse of what you can expect:

  • Morning: Start your day by reviewing your pipeline and prioritizing outreach to potential partners. Use tools like Salesforce, Cognism, and LinkedIn to identify promising leads.
  • Mid-day: Conduct cold outreach to potential, inactive, and dormant partners. Follow up on warm partner prospects, pitching Vanta’s MSP offering and addressing any objections.
  • Afternoon: Collaborate with Channel Marketing, Channel Enablement, and Channel Operations to refine your outreach strategy and improve your effectiveness. Work alongside the pre-sales team (AEs and Sales Leadership) to co-sell effectively with new partners.
  • End of Day: Update Salesforce with your progress, prepare reports on your activities, and plan for the next day. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
