Vanta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Manager to join our Partnerships team in Dublin, Ireland. As a Channel Manager for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), you will be responsible for driving net new pipeline and ARR through our valued channel partners, specifically resellers and VARs. Your primary focus will be to enable and build strong relationships with existing partners, implement effective business development strategies, and manage your pipeline effectively. A Day in the Life

As a Channel Manager at Vanta, your day will be dynamic and multifaceted. You'll start by reviewing your pipeline and prioritizing outreach to key partners. A significant portion of your time will be spent engaging with partners, understanding their needs, and providing them with the resources and support they need to successfully sell Vanta. You'll also collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to develop and execute partner programs and campaigns. Furthermore, you'll proactively identify and recruit new partners to expand Vanta's reach in the DACH region. You will also spend time learning about new AI tools and how they can be leveraged to improve efficiency and effectiveness in channel management.
