We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing team in Dublin, Ireland, focusing on the EMEA Mid-Market segment. As a Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market EMEA at Vanta, you'll be instrumental in guiding our customers through their security and compliance journeys. You will leverage your customer-centric approach, combined with your expertise in Vanta's products and security best practices, to ensure the overall success and satisfaction of our customers. A key aspect of your role will be to focus on customer retention and the health of your book of business. You will work with companies in the EMEA region.
