As a Deal Desk Manager, you’ll join our growing NAMER Deal Desk team as the primary support for our Central team, driving deals to closure while ensuring data integrity and compliance with business policies and revenue recognition standards. This remote position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to Vanta's growth and efficiency.
In this high-volume role, you’ll be a key partner to Pre- and Post-Sales leadership, providing guidance on business processes, policy adherence, and pricing strategy to ensure deals close efficiently and accurately. You’ll also play a central role in advancing strategic Deal Desk initiatives, shaping the commercial and operational deal flow at Vanta.
As Vanta scales, building a scalable deal review and execution process is critical. You’ll help design processes that can support our rapid revenue growth and enable alignment across Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, GTM Operations, and Legal teams.
