As the Director of Account Management for Growth at Vanta, you will be instrumental in building and leading our Growth Account Management organization. This includes managing a team of 3 Managers and 25 Account Managers. Your primary focus will be to drive retention and expansion within Vanta's expanding customer base in the growth segment. This role requires visionary leadership and the ability to empower managers to achieve outstanding results. You will be responsible for hiring and developing a high-performing team of Managers of Account Managers, who are customer value-focused and results-driven.
A key aspect of this role involves contributing to the design of our downmarket Account Management strategy. You will be tasked with developing a repeatable methodology that consistently surpasses retention and expansion goals by inspiring customers to view Vanta as the cornerstone of their modern Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program. Collaboration with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Operations leaders will be essential to representing your team and customers effectively. You will be at the forefront of delivering Vanta’s value and a pivotal leader in executing our downmarket strategy.
