About the Role

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Evaluation Platform team, which owns one of the most critical and widely-used features on the Vanta platform—Tests. Vanta Tests give customers visibility into their compliance posture, automatically collect audit evidence, and provide clear remediation guidance. Our team is responsible for the complete lifecycle of Tests, from configuration and execution to managing test outcomes and driving customer action.

As an Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for setting strategy, leading your team to deliver results consistently and sustainably, growing and developing talented engineers, and cultivating a healthy, results-driven culture on your team.
