Role Overview

As a GTM Engineer, AI at Vanta, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving growth and efficiency across our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. This role sits at the intersection of business systems, data, and AI, building workflows that empower Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to operate more intelligently and move faster. You will own the strategy and execution of AI-driven automations across our GTM stack, utilizing tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Workato, n8n, and dbt/Snowflake.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who loves solving complex business problems with elegant, maintainable systems — and wants a direct, measurable impact on how Vanta finds, wins, and grows customers. Your work will directly influence pipeline generation, win rates, renewal velocity, and rep productivity.

A Day in the Life

Your day will be a mix of strategic planning, hands-on development, and collaboration. You might start by meeting with Sales leadership to understand their pain points in the prospecting process. Then, you could design an AI-powered workflow that automatically enriches leads with relevant information, reducing the manual research required by sales reps. You'll spend time building and testing this workflow using Salesforce Flows and Workato, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with our existing systems. You'll also dedicate time to evaluating new AI tools and platforms, experimenting with different approaches to find the most effective solutions. Throughout the day, you'll document your work, monitor system performance, and collaborate with other engineers to ensure the reliability and maintainability of our GTM systems.
