Manager, Account Management, Growth & Upmarket - APJ

Role Overview

As the Manager, Account Management, Growth & Upmarket - APJ at Vanta, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing a team of high-performing Account Managers focused on driving growth and expansion within the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. This is a critical leadership position within our Sales organization, where you'll be responsible for ensuring that Vanta achieves its ambitious growth and net revenue retention (NRR) targets. You will be instrumental in shaping our Account Management strategy as we scale, move upmarket, and establish Vanta as the best-in-class solution for our customers.

A typical day for you will involve:

  • Team Leadership and Mentoring: Providing guidance, coaching, and support to your team of Account Managers to help them achieve their individual and team goals.
  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing sales initiatives and strategies to drive expansion and renewal revenue.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Actively participating in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new Account Managers.
