As a Senior Engineering Manager leading our Reporting & Enterprise Hub teams, you'll shape how Vanta's largest enterprise customers manage and visualize their compliance programs at scale. You'll build and lead a team of engineers across two distinct squads: the Reporting team focused on evolving our reporting product offering to meet enterprise data needs, and the Enterprise Hub team building management capabilities for large organizations managing GRC activities across multiple business units. A Day in the Life

A typical day as a Senior Engineering Manager involves a mix of strategic planning, team management, and technical guidance. You'll start by reviewing progress on key initiatives, identifying any roadblocks, and adjusting priorities as needed. You'll spend time meeting with your engineering teams to provide coaching, mentorship, and support.
