We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior AI Platform Designer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the enhancement and expansion of our Agentic experiences. The Experience Design Organization

The Experience Design organization champions our customers by creating and delivering efficient consumer grade experiences through our trust management platform. We aim to earn their trust and contribute to a more secure internet. By providing valuable solutions, we empower Vanta to grow as a business. Our role is vital to the company’s strategic direction, and you will have a significant impact on our product development.

You will report to a Director of Design within the Experience Design Organization.

What You’ll Do

• Enhance and expand the Agentic experiences to meet the evolving needs of the Vanta platform.
• Create and maintain high-quality AI patterns
• Pair and collaborate with product teams on improving workflows
• Help define a playbook for iterative experimentation with engineering
• Bring the latest thinking to help enable our EPD organization at large

A Day in the Life

As a Senior AI Platform Designer at Vanta, your day might involve:

• Collaborating with product managers and engineers to define and refine product requirements.
• Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for AI-powered features and interfaces.
• Contributing to and maintaining Vanta's design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Participating in design reviews and providing constructive feedback to other designers.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AI and design.
