As the Lead Product Manager/Product Owner for Business Systems at Vanta, you will be the critical owner of the Salesforce and Go-to-Market (GTM) ecosystem. This role serves as the essential bridge between core stakeholders—including Revenue Operations, Finance, Deal Desk, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Legal—and the technology that powers our GTM motion. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business processes, technology, and product management best practices. You'll be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, ensuring Vanta's effective and scalable growth. This is a leadership position, managing a team of product managers and analysts focused on optimizing our internal tools and processes.

A Day in the Life

• Morning: Start the day by reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs) and system performance metrics for the Salesforce and GTM ecosystem.
