As a Manager, Account Management, you'll lead and support a team of highly motivated and ambitious Account Managers during a period of rapid growth at Vanta. Your primary focus will be ensuring Vanta continues to achieve its ambitious GDR and NRR targets. You'll also play a crucial role in shaping our Account Management organization as we continue to scale, move upmarket, and establish Vanta as best-in-class for our customers.

  • Team Management: Start your day by connecting with your team, reviewing progress, addressing roadblocks, and providing coaching on sales strategies and customer interactions.
  • Sales Strategy & Implementation: Dedicate time to analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing new initiatives to boost GDR and NRR. You’ll collaborate with sales operations to ensure the team has the tools and resources they need.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Participate in candidate interviews and onboarding sessions to ensure a strong pipeline of talent and a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Conduct weekly forecasting meetings to assess progress towards goals, identify potential risks, and adjust strategies as needed. Prepare reports on team performance for senior management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment on key initiatives.
  • Development Planning: Meet with individual team members to review their development plans, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for growth.
