Role Overview: Manager, Solutions Engineering, Expansion

As a Manager of Solutions Engineering at Vanta, you will lead and scale a high-performing team that partners with Sales & Account Management to win in our Upmarket segment. You'll play a critical role in shaping the technical sales motion for some of Vanta’s most strategic opportunities. This role is pivotal in driving technical sales excellence and ensuring our most sophisticated customers see the value of Vanta’s Trust Management Platform. You will be responsible for supporting complex sales cycles, unlocking new markets, and accelerating expansion into regulated industries.

A Day in the Life of a Manager, Solutions Engineering

Your day-to-day activities will include coaching and mentoring Solutions Engineers, collaborating with Sales to navigate complex sales cycles, building scalable pre-sales processes, and working with Product and Marketing to shape Vanta’s offerings based on customer feedback. You will also be responsible for analyzing KPIs to improve technical win rates and strengthening collaboration between different teams within the company.
