As a Ramp Acceleration Manager for the APJ region, you will play a critical role in accelerating the performance of new Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive ramp program that ensures new hires achieve peak performance within their first 90 days. This involves providing hands-on coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive quota attainment and foster regional alignment.
