Role Overview

As a Senior Backend Software Engineer on the GRC Policies team, you'll be a key player in shaping Vanta's product and infrastructure. You will lead and mentor engineers, delivering high-value products for our customers and building a scalable infrastructure to support our business growth. A Day in the Life

• Start your day by reviewing the team's progress on current projects and identifying any roadblocks.
• Participate in a design review for a new API that will be used by both internal services and AI agents.
