Role Overview

As Vanta’s Senior Director, Commercial Legal, you’ll lead the commercial legal function, working closely with our go-to-market and procurement teams to manage Vanta’s contract negotiations and processes as we continue to expand our customer base. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Vanta’s negotiations with customers and vendors, developing and implementing new processes, and acting as a trusted business partner.
