As the first sales leader for LATAM, you will be instrumental in establishing Vanta’s presence across Latin America, initially focusing on Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and Argentina. You'll be laying the foundation for long-term growth in a region demonstrating strong organic demand. This is a unique opportunity to build a regional sales motion from scratch at a rapidly growing company with a robust product-market fit.
The Senior Manager, Sales - LATAM, will define and execute Vanta’s go-to-market strategy for the region, taking on a player-coach role where your impact is immediate and measurable. This greenfield role offers the chance to shape how Vanta enters, scales, and achieves success in a market with high potential, from early customer acquisition to building a sustainable, repeatable sales motion.
We seek a sales leader who thrives in ambiguity and is excited to build something from the ground up. You should have experience opening new markets or regions, be comfortable owning a number without established infrastructure, and bring a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset. You'll need to partner effectively cross-functionally, learn quickly from the market, and translate early signals into scalable strategy.
