We drive growth across the team member lifecycle through targeted development, effective enablement systems, and scalable programs that strengthen performance and reinforce a culture of excellence. Our work spans onboarding, leadership development, AI enablement, and company-wide learning tools that help Vanta'ns succeed in a high-performing environment.

The Senior People Enablement Program Manager will focus on enabling leaders across the globe to lead in alignment with Vanta’s values and competencies and to deliver strong business results.
