Role Overview

As a Senior People Enablement Specialist, you will play a critical role in equipping our team members with the skills, tools, and support needed to thrive in a high-performing environment. This role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering core enablement programs, particularly in onboarding, manager development, and AI enablement. The People Enablement team is relatively new, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of learning and development at Vanta.
