Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for the user experience of Vanta’s GRC product, which helps companies manage compliance across multiple frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.). You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create intuitive and delightful interfaces that simplify complex workflows. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our customers' compliance programs.

• Morning: Start your day by reviewing user feedback and data insights related to the GRC product. You might analyze user behavior patterns or conduct user interviews to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
