You'll then collaborate with the Solutions Engineering team to understand their specific requirements and design a tailored solution that addresses their unique needs. You may also spend time executing a Solution Validation (Managed Pilot) to prove the technical feasibility of Vanta within their environment. A significant portion of your day will involve providing expert guidance on Vanta’s platform and API capabilities, helping clients understand how to best leverage our tools. Finally, you'll work on designing comprehensive Technical Success Plans, mapping Vanta’s platform to complex customer architectures, and consolidating strategic product gaps to provide feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.
