Role Overview

As a Senior Engineering Manager leading our Reporting & Enterprise Hub teams at Vanta, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our largest enterprise customers manage and visualize their compliance programs at scale. This position sits at the intersection of data products, enterprise scalability, and product innovation, delivering visibility and actionable insights that empower organizations to manage complex compliance programs effectively.

You will build and lead a team of engineers across two distinct squads: the Reporting team, focused on evolving our reporting product offering to meet enterprise data needs, and the Enterprise Hub team, building management capabilities for large organizations managing GRC activities across multiple business units.
