Role Overview

Vanta is seeking a Strategic Venture Capital Partnerships Manager to join our growing team in London. As a founding member of Vanta’s Venture & Startup Partnerships team in EMEA, you will be instrumental in building and scaling our presence across the London startup and VC ecosystem. You will report directly to the Strategic Venture Capital Partnerships Lead and play a key role in engaging founders, supporting VC and accelerator relationships, and driving Vanta adoption across early-stage companies. This is an early, high-impact hire and the first Venture & Startup Partnerships role in EMEA, so you'll have the opportunity to build relationships, host events, and work closely with Sales and GTM teams to make Vanta the default trust and compliance platform for startups as they grow. This role sits within Vanta’s Global Partnerships team, where you’ll help translate our global venture strategy into strong local execution across EMEA.

A Day in the Life

On a typical day, you might:

  • Attend a startup event or VC demo day to network with founders and investors.
  • Meet with a venture capitalist to discuss partnership opportunities.
  • Host a workshop for early-stage startups on the importance of security and compliance.
  • Work with the Sales team to follow up on leads generated from partnership activities.
  • Develop content for a partnership program.
  • Track and report on partnership metrics.
