Key Responsibilities

• Technical mindset with Product/Engineering collaboration experience
• Proven customer-facing communication explaining quality trade-offs effectively
• Senior stakeholder management including negotiation and expectation setting
• Exceptional skills turning complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences
• Comfort in ambiguous, rapidly scaling global operations
• Curious, empathetic leadership style driving creative solutions
