Reporting into Revenue Marketing leadership, you'll ensure campaigns—from demand gen blasts to ABM plays—launch flawlessly, track accurately, and deliver clear insights. Working remotely across US states like California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, and Massachusetts, you'll partner with Campaigns, Demand Generation, Lifecycle Marketing, Field Marketing, and Sales teams.

Veriff's identity verification platform serves thousands of businesses worldwide, preventing fraud and enabling trust. As we scale our Revenue Marketing organization, this role builds the campaign backbone: intake, execution, routing, reporting, and iteration. Success means campaigns hit deadlines, leads flow seamlessly to Sales, and teams gain trusted dashboards for decisions. With 4-7+ years in martech ops, HubSpot/Salesforce mastery, and ABM experience, you'll drive operational excellence in a high-impact, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Marketing Ops to configure campaign setups, UTM tracking, and integrations across HubSpot, Salesforce, and ABM tools like 6sense or Common Room.
  • Oversee campaign intake: triage requests, align on goals, and prep assets for seamless execution.
  • Manage lead and signal routing—ensuring MQLs, SQLs, and buying intent reach the right reps instantly.
  • Execute targeted email campaigns, coordinating with design, content, and compliance teams.
  • Design interactive dashboards in tools like Google Data Studio or Salesforce Einstein, surfacing KPIs like pipeline influence and engagement rates.
  • Support campaign planning workshops, building orchestration calendars for multi-channel plays.
