You'll ensure efficiency, data accuracy, and seamless end-to-end process support across sales, marketing, finance, and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system integrations, data flow, and application errors promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain critical GTM systems, handling everything from user onboarding to daily end-user support for sales and marketing teams.
• Perform routine system health checks, data cleansing, and optimization activities to ensure peak performance.
• Design, develop, and implement new features, enhancements, and integrations within the GTM technology stack.
• Focus on building robust, scalable solutions using low-code platforms like Make and Cargo to connect CRM, marketing, and billing systems.
• Support the end-to-end buyer journey, from lead generation through billing and revenue recognition, maintaining data integrity at every touchpoint.
• Provide high-level technical support to GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal) on system usage, data quality, and process flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specs, and deliver effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, process workflows, and integration mappings.
• Monitor data quality across platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, and NetSuite.
• Optimize CPQ and CLM processes using tools like Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, and DocuSign.
• Drive continuous improvements in RevOps efficiency to support Veriff's hyper-growth.
• Integrate marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, Segment) with core GTM systems.

Qualifications

To succeed in this GTM Systems Engineer/RevOps Administrator role at Veriff, you need:

• 5+ years in Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect, or RevOps roles focused on GTM tech stacks.
• Strong experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Proven track record with CPQ & CLM solutions such as Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, or DocuSign.
• Hands-on with integration tools like Zapier, Make, or Cargo.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms including Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or Segment.
• Experience with billing systems like Stripe or NetSuite.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical systems.
• Analytical mindset focused on data quality and system reliability.
• Deep knowledge of sales processes, contract management, pricing, and billing.
• Proven multitasking in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent communication for technical-non-technical bridging.
