Veriff's internal comms aren't top-down broadcasts—they're two-way conversations that empower teams to own the mission. You'll evolve our strategy, revamp Slack and Confluence, reimagine All Hands, and create content people crave, all while amplifying our employer brand to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own Internal Comms Strategy: Design engaging plans partnering with VP Global Comms, Marketing, and People teams to cascade business priorities and values like accountability and solution-oriented thinking.
2. Optimize Channels: Audit and upgrade Slack, Confluence, and other tools for seamless, user-friendly experiences across global offices.
3. Revamp Meetings: Transform All Hands and 'Hey, Veriff' into dynamic, inclusive sessions that spark connection and excitement.
4. Create Compelling Content: Produce tailored written, audio, and video pieces, including video interviews bridging time zones.
5. Boost Employer Brand: Collaborate on authentic storytelling that showcases Veriff culture, supporting recruitment with employee spotlights.
6. Measure & Iterate: Track engagement metrics and refine strategies for maximum impact.
7. Global Alignment: Ensure consistent messaging across Estonia, Brazil, US, UK, and Spain.
8. Change Management: Guide communications during growth, challenges, or pivots to keep teams united.
9. Social Contributions: Feed internal stories into external social media and marketing efforts.
10. Culture Amplification: Highlight values and wins to build pride and belonging.
11. Stakeholder Partnerships: Work with team leads for tailored, relevant updates.
12. Innovation: Introduce fresh formats like podcasts or interactive stories to engage diverse audiences.
13. Feedback Loops: Gather input to evolve comms continuously.
14. Recruitment Support: Create campaigns blending internal authenticity with external appeal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal communications, employee engagement, or similar roles in tech/fast-growth environments.
• Proven success crafting strategies that drive measurable engagement and culture.
• Expertise in multimedia content creation: writing, video editing, audio production.
• Hands-on experience optimizing tools like Slack, Confluence, Microsoft Teams.
• Strong employer branding background, turning employee stories into recruitment gold.
• Global team experience, navigating time zones and cultural nuances.
• Strategic thinker aligned with values: accountability, execution, solutions.
• Project management prowess for cross-functional delivery.
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, HR, or equivalent.
• Bonus: Experience in fintech, identity verification, or scale-ups; multilingual skills.
• Passion for tech missions like digital trust and fraud prevention.
• Analytical skills for engagement data and feedback analysis.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: Competitive, estimated $65,000 - $95,000 USD yearly, based on experience (Tallinn market-adjusted with global benchmarks). Includes performance bonuses and equity.
