Role Overview

The Vice President, Enterprise AI Strategy and Transformation is a visionary operational leadership role at CrowdStrike. You will architect and lead our AI Center of Excellence (CoE), deploying next-generation agentic systems and AI-driven workflows across the enterprise. Bridging technical possibilities with business realities, you'll translate complex AI into scalable solutions accelerating GTM velocity, R&D innovation, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a cross-functional AI CoE team of Product Managers, Engineers, and Analysts. Chair the AI SteerCo, guiding prioritization, investments, and buy-vs-build decisions with C-Suite executives. Establish rigorous AI governance, compliance, and risk frameworks ensuring security and responsibility.

Execution & Transformation

Drive coordinated deployment of agentic systems for autonomous workflows redefining enterprise operations. Partner with business teams to integrate AI seamlessly into CRM, ERP, and data ecosystems. Identify hyper-automation opportunities to optimize OPEX and re-engineer processes. Scout emerging technologies like Generative AI, LLMs, and autonomous agents to maintain CrowdStrike's innovation edge.

Qualifications & Requirements

Require 15+ years leading enterprise-wide transformations in high-growth organizations, deep AI fluency distinguishing hype from impact, and proven executive leadership influencing C-level decisions.
