  • Drive customer and partner meetings through sales calls, relationship building, solution selling, and problem resolution.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Sales Engineers' skill sets, including operational management of SE Managers with performance reviews and training.
  • Provide technical guidance on complex issues, deliver Security Assessment Reports post-POV evaluations, and train partners on CrowdStrike solutions.
  • Monitor competitive situations, achieve quarterly revenue targets, and support marketing activities in the region.
