As Core Marketing Manager, you will join the Latin American Marketing Team to lead Consumer Marketing initiatives for Peru, aiming to continue building the value and preference of our brand with consumers and clients while growing Visa’s revenue and business.
This role is responsible for developing marketing objectives, strategies, and programs in the Peruvian Market, as well as the as the development and execution of the overall Consumer Marketing & Innovation agenda (including Social and gaming) for Peru, while achieving targets, maximizing brand equity and synergizing marketing spending efforts.

This is a hybrid position. Expectations of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
8 + years of brand, digital and trade marketing experience, preferably in a multi-national company (10+ years desired).
Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD).
Experience managing global brands, CPG Industry experience is desired.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to break large problems down into smaller, solvable problems, and gather the data/input you need to solve them
Strong analytical skills and experience working with brand indicators, consumer insights and business metrics in order to inform strategy, planning and decision making.
Ability to structure, manage, and coordinate complex projects that are consumer centric with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels.
Clear business Focus. Ability to manage short term and long term Marketing Initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in developing marketing strategies based on business objectives and executing marketing programs that deliver measurable business results.
Experience managing and motivating external partners, including agencies and other stakeholders.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns and copy development.
Experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance including ROI and accurately forecasting sources of cost, revenue, and risk with an ability to summarize business and financial data in a useful manner for planning and decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high ability to present with impact in English and Spanish.
Advanced planning, organizational, and problem solving skills.
Experience working with the sport assets and partnership alliances is highly desired.
Social marketing experience is a must. Experience in developing social and digital marketing strategies in social owned channels (IG, Tik Tok, Meta) and proven results achieving brand engagement, in social initiatives
Understanding of main gaming assets and ecosystem in Peru is a plus
Experience working with Peruvian market is a must
