About the team

You’ll join our AI & Data Platform domain, which brings together AI/ML, Data Platform, and Analytics to power internal teams with reliable, scalable capabilities. Our mission is to deliver a unified ecosystem of ML, AI, and analytics that accelerates decision‑making and enables product teams to build faster with confidence.

About the role

This role is for a platform‑minded Product Manager who understands what it means to take responsibility for a platform: delivering reliability, security, and great developer experience while driving internal adoption. Unlike commercial products sold externally, platform products succeed when internal customers choose them and thrive on them. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our data platform and the core capabilities that make it valuable.

What you’ll do

• Set platform strategy & roadmap: Define the vision, outcomes, and adoption goals for the Data Platform, translate internal customer needs into prioritized, measurable initiatives.

• Champion Data‑as‑a‑Product: Establish productized data assets with clear ownership, SLAs/SLOs, quality metrics, and lifecycle—grounded in strong Data Observability and Data Governance.

• Deliver core capabilities: Partner with engineering to evolve infrastructure management, CI/CD, secure and reliable data pipelines, and developer experience—removing friction and standardizing golden paths.
• Drive internal adoption: Treat internal customers (ML engineers, data engineers, analytics) as key personas, craft enablement, documentation, and migration plans, measure usage and satisfaction to inform iteration.
• Align cross‑functionally: Collaborate across Infrastructure, ML Platform, Product Analytics, and Data Labelling to land cohesive solutions spanning services, pipelines, and tooling.
• Embed compliance & security: Integrate governance, lineage, role‑based access, and auditability by design across platform capabilities.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. 

Qualifications

• Platform ownership mindset and practical understanding of how platforms function, are adopted, and are supported internally.
• Product management background: Stakeholder management, prioritization, roadmap ownership, and product strategy for technical products.
• Data‑centric expertise: Experience with Data‑as‑a‑Product, Data Observability, and Data Governance practices.
• Technical fluency: Solid grasp of data flows and storage on AWS and GCP familiarity with CI/CD, infrastructure management, and modern data pipeline patterns.
• Analytical skills: Comfort with metrics, instrumentation, and making decisions from data, ability to model trade‑offs and quantify outcomes.
• Prior experience representing platform teams to internal stakeholders, or a hands‑on background as a Platform Engineer, Data Engineer, or Analytics Engineer in a platform‑like team.
