As the Marketing Services Senior Manager for New Zealand and the Pacific, you will report to the Senior Director – Marketing Services for the AuNZPI cluster and provide support in achieving the revenue and profitability targets of New Zealand and the Pacific Islands and responsible for development and execution of growth strategies of the Marketing Services business.
In this role you will be leading on account planning and delivery of revenue and margin of clients based in New Zealand and the Pacific region, and at times contribute to the support of boarder multi-market initiatives. You will be working closely with other business stakeholders such as Country Managers, Account Executives and Visa Consulting to identify business opportunities, develop revenue and margin growth opportunities to meet business and client priorities.
You will be required to collaborate with the global and regional Marketing Services community to help in developing business growth strategies, client and RFP responses. You will also be responsible for aiding the Senior Director of Marketing Services in the quarterly business reviews and annual growth strategy exercises (MSO and AOP).
Success in this role will be measured through revenue and contribution margin attainment, as well as, forecast accuracy and stakeholder feedback.
