Issuing Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and coach an Agile Release Train (ART) in support of delivering highly visible strategic initiatives. Primary RTE responsibilities include facilitation of the ART events and processes and assisting the teams in delivering value for our clients. RTEs communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.
Essential Functions:
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Release Train Engineer 6.0 and SAFe® 6.0 Program Consultant (SPC) preferred
7-9 years of project / program work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Excellent verbal and written skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally
Ability to analyze and organize a plan based upon available information
Strong teamwork, interpersonal & relationship-building skills
Ability to delegate tasks, ensure successful task completion, and influence without direct authority in order to achieve necessary goals
Strong leadership qualities, organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to effectively manage issues and complex situations
Ability to work independently, yet seamlessly integrate activities with other teams when needed
Concentration in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project) as well as project management, reporting, and Agile tools including JIRA and JIRA Align
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
