Issue Resolution and Continuous Improvement

Lead root cause analysis using methodologies such as 8D, Fishbone, and Five Whys. Deploy corrective and preventive actions to minimize downtime and defects, collaborating with quality, maintenance, and supplier teams.

New Product Introduction (NPI)

Support the launch of new vehicle models by developing robust manufacturing systems, validating processes through PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), and training production associates on new procedures.
