Organize the full spectrum of warehouse operations and finished goods delivery. Coordinate with suppliers on warehouse workflows, process mapping, cost tracking, and contract compliance. Oversee repackaging activities, including tariff negotiations, contract finalization, and quality acceptance.
Establish reporting mechanisms for key operational areas to support data-driven management decisions. Organize and execute inventory counts for finished products. Lead timely execution of controls across all warehouse and delivery processes in assigned territories, while spearheading audit preparations and resolutions.
Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to achieve business targets. Handle client and supplier claims decisively. Monitor service provider performance, quality, and adherence to guarantees and contractual terms, including invoice verification.
To succeed in this role, candidates must hold a higher education degree in management, economics, or a technical field. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics is essential, complemented by proven budgeting expertise.
