Role Overview

The Warehouse and Transport Logistics Manager position at PepsiCo in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, is a pivotal leadership role within our supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities

As Warehouse and Transport Logistics Manager, your core duties include:

• Developing and promoting a robust safety culture among warehouse and transport employees, as well as external contractors to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
• Managing warehouse logistics operations: defining the optimal warehouse model, continuously improving key performance indicators (KPIs), liaising with contractors, and executing projects that boost productivity and economic efficiency.
• Overseeing transport logistics: determining the best transport system models and vehicle specifications, enhancing delivery KPIs, managing contractor relationships, and leading projects for operational and cost improvements.
• Participating in talent acquisition, building high-performing teams, developing employee skills, and creating a 'bench strength' succession pipeline.
• Handling budgeting for operational logistics, preparing corrective financial forecasts, and conducting variance analysis to maintain fiscal discipline.
• Actively engaging in and mobilizing your team for E2E initiatives, including LSS, LEAN, GEHSMS, Eureka sessions, and team-building activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Higher education in a technical, economic, or logistics-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in logistics.
• Proven project management experience.
• Strong budgeting skills, financial literacy, and foundational knowledge of statistics.
• Demonstrated success in negotiations.
• Confident PC user proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Experience in the food and beverage sector or with multinational corporations is highly advantageous. Fluency in Russian and/or Kyrgyz is beneficial, alongside English for global collaboration.
