Role Overview

As Warehouse and Transportation Senior Officer at Cardinal Health's Rayong site, you will oversee the physical flow of materials, covering inland transportation and external centralized warehouse operations. This senior-level role ensures smooth supply chain execution for our Cardinal Rayong plant and sterilizer. Reporting to logistics management, you will coordinate cross-departmentally to deliver products on time, optimize inventory, and generate insightful shipment reports. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day impact will include:

• Coordinating with related departments to guarantee timely product delivery, precise inventory levels, and accurate shipment records.
• Managing transportation plans across the plant, sterilizer, and external warehouse, while delivering weekly and monthly shipment performance reports.
• Leading physical flow management in the external warehouse and sterilizer, including daily capacity planning versus actual capacity.
• Reviewing daily reports and performance metrics, preparing recovery actions, and conducting cycle count audits with the Finance team.
• Maintaining ERP systems to align with Cardinal requirements, setting improvement standards, and collaborating with concerned departments.
• Evaluating KPIs for all service providers, ensuring adherence to contracts and scopes of work.
• Conducting monthly cost reviews against budgets, proactively identifying savings projects.
• Managing all Rayong physical logistics projects under the broader logistics strategy and completing manager-directed assignments.

Daily Operations Focus

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 5 years of management-level experience in warehouse, transportation, or logistics operations.
• Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude with excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Detail-oriented approach with urgency, ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven leadership skills and experience leading physical and materials flow projects.
• Native Thai proficiency and professional English skills (verbal and written).
